Cars are not guaranteed in the bill of rights, nor is transportation, yet the federal government requires us to spend more money to outfit them with mufflers.
Why are suppressors, which NORMAL law abiding citizens desire to reduce the noise from firearms to safe levels (note; suppressors do not SILENCE a firearm) in order to enjoy their firearms w/o the burden of having to wear hearing protection, restricted and have a burdensome tax and (currently) 7 month wait, not legal when they're not firearms?
It's time to stop infringing on the rights of law abiding Americans, who live within the law and wish to enjoy their 2nd Amendment RIGHTS that SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!
REPEAL the portion of the NFA that requires registration and taxation for muzzle mounted hearing protection!
