It's time to repeal the failed North American Free Trade Agreement of 1994 and to provide businesses with tax incentives to move jobs back home from overseas. Our country was once the greatest nation on the planet because we manufactured and exported massive amounts of quality manufactured goods. Today we have an enormous trade deficit.
