I petition the government to repeal the comprehensive nuclear test ban treaty in the interests of:
1. testing nuclear weapons at the end of August at Black Rock City, Nevada
2. eliminating the burner scourge from the planet once and for all
3. testing and developing advanced nuclear weapons to defeat Vladimir Putin, the great bear / judo-master of Russia
