We the people, demand that an investigation in to the NY Safe Act for violating the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights, by infringing the rights of its people. The NY government over stepped its power and passed laws that are unreasonable and in direct conflict with the Constitution, further more by the actions enacted by NY State Governor Andrew Cuomo, criminalized the the firearm owning citizens of NY by enacting laws to register all firearms in conflict with the new laws which encompass the majority firearms already owned.
