Repeal obamacare.
Repeal all current tax code.
Enact new tax code that is one page or less in length.
All corporations and individuals will pay 5% of every dollar.
The banks will collect it when deposited, send to the state which will send 1/3 to federal government. The remaining 2/3 to stay in the state it was generated. No tax dollars are allowed to be sent to any nation or organization without having a popular vote among the American people.
All votes cast in any election must be by legal registered voters. Who will provide a valid government issued id, a social security card and the previous years tax return or w2 form. Thus preventing further infringement on innocent American citizens.
