This law is a train-wreck short-sighted legislation that goes against the every principal that the founders of this country intended. This law take away the freedom and liberties of individuals/business alike. It destroys the free-market and capitalism that this country is thriving upon and turn this country's market into a cooperated state-owned insurance market with the intention of "distribution of wealth" welfare state.
