We physicians believe that the government has remarkably overstepped it's intent of the Constitution of the United States of America in a multitude of ways, most recently with the enactment of Obamacare. Specifically,
Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.[69]”
This law was violated when the government instituted a burdensome health care law upon the people of these United States of America and their trusted physicians.
Over 70% of physicians believe that the government takeover of healthcare has NEGATIVELY INFLUENCED THEIR CARE OF PATIENTS IN MANY WAYS.
