This tax penalty is going to be devastating to working people living paycheck to paycheck who currently have no health insurance.
I agree with some of the provisions, like being able to buy across state lines, not being denied coverage for pre-existing conditions, but the rest of it is political hogwash and will be devastating to some of us.
