Obamacare is an intrusion into personal health care decisions, particularly the HHS mandate. Each individual state should decide what is best for it's residents, based on ballot initiatives from the states voters. This ill conceived monstrosity was shoved through Congress with no Republican support, no consensus and with few in Congress understanding what they were signing. Obamacare is placing an unfair burden on small businesses and stifling job growth.
