The Affordable Care Act was improperly inacted by calling taxation a "penalty" thereby perpetrating fraud and circumventing proper Congressional approval of the new "tax". The Supreme Court does not have National Taxation Authority and as such is guilty of Taxation Without Representation. Repealing OBAMACARE will return the United States to We the People. Unelected officials may not create or inact taxation.
