The health care act is having a severe adverse effect on job creation and will have devastating effects on the quality of health care.
1) Small businesses will not hire that 50th employee because to do so will immediately cost them $100,000 in penalties for not providing health insurance.
2) Due to reduced payment rates for doctors and hospitals under Medicare, it will become more and more difficult for the elderly to find doctors and hospitals that accept Medicare.
There are many other negative aspects to the act, higher taxes, penalties to individuals, IRS harassment etc.- too many to list here.
