Obamacare will become another government program that is unsustainable within the decade. It is a piece of legislation that a majority of the country does not want. This country wants our liberties back.
I propose in its place a simpler piece of legislation with the 3 following provisions.
1 - Allow insurance companies to operate nationally.
2 - Create a national pool based on the entire population for determining the cost of an insurance policy. This cost is to be regulated by HHS.
3 - Create a set of rules for the insurance companies that state initially that no one can be denied for a pre-existing condition, and there are no lifetime maximums on any policies.
