Repeal ObamaCare in it's entirety, and replace it with common sense, concise, and easily understandable legislation

Repeal ObamaCare entirely and replace it with common sense, concise, easy to understand legislation which will not unduely burden the American people and the economy of the United States, and will not spend money that is not available in the current budget. Do this as a means to the end of creating a balanced, reponsible budget that is completely and clearly stated to the American people, and is totally transparent.
