The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) has been in place each year, for 49 years. However, the recent amendment to this act, beginning for the fiscal year of 2012 has very frightening sections and subsections in it.

The specific sections 1021 and 1022 include snippets allowing for the US Military to detain anyone indefinitely without trial for suspected terrorism on foreign land, or home-land.
These are unconstitutional by any American standard, and have the potential to start conflicts with other countries should we apply the act to any situation we "suspect" terrorism played a part in.
In conclusion, we need to repeal this act or amend it, because it has too great of a reach over the People.
