repeal or ammend any legislation that prevents the ATF from effectively enforcing gun laws.

Created by L.F. on January 20, 2013

There are numerous provisions in existing laws that effectively prevent The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives from monitoring, investigating and enforcing already active gun laws. These provisions should be removed or amended so law enforcement can protect the law abiding segment of our society. In particular, the sections of the U.S. Patriot Act that were penned by the National Rifle Association should be removed.
