Repeal or enforce D.C. Official Code 7-2506.01 regarding "DC High Capacity Ammunition Magazines"
On Sunday morning’s “Meet the Press”, David Gregory had in his possession, and shared with viewers, a 30-round magazine for what he claimed was from an AR-15 rifle.
Prosecute David Gregory for violation of D.C. Official Code 7-2506.01
Prosecute others, including NBC, who violated the "possess" and "transfer" regulations of D.C. Official Code 7-2506.01
Raid NBC and remove all evidence regarding these crimes as NBC may try to destroy evidence, including audio, video, and scripts.
Terminate NBC's broadcasting licenses for violating any FCC rules and regulations.
Mr. Gregory clearly violated the law, and we demand current gun laws are enforced prior to creating new laws.
