This petition is meant to address the inequality and financial hardships generated by laws that restrict ownership of clear driving ability to individuals who can pay the fines, while denying the poor the ability to gain wider job pools due to drivers license requirements. It is the firm belief of many that drivers who have been unable to pay should not be further penalized when the court already holds the ability to garnish wages of these individuals, on top of restricting their ability to create the income required to repay those debts in the first place. This petition does not seek injunction for individuals with DUI, vehicular manslaughter, or other serious charges of this nature, but to provide not only a positive influence on the jobs market, and relieve the overburdened judicial sys
