Repeal or Modify all Free Trade Agreements

Created by G.E. on September 25, 2011

Since the passage of NAFTA our country has continued to sign Free Trade agreements with countries all over the world. These destructive economic policies enable our corporations to offshore our jobs to 3rd world countries and further erode our economy. Those countries are regularly found in violation of labor and environmental standards, including slavery and other abuses. Our annual trade deficit is over $400 Billion. Ex-patriot U.S. based corporations are allowed to deduct 100% of the expenses it incurs for locating and/or relocating offshore. That expense starts as soon it closes a facility in the U.S. to all expenses incurred in the foreign country through its first day of payroll. To argue that Free Trade Agreements are good for our economy is not the truth.
