It has become alarmingly noticeable that many employers are concerned about the penalties that will apply to them under this new TAX as well as the penalties it will put towards working class people. Forcing individuals to have medical insurance or pay a penalty is absurd. The cost is rising drastically and employers are looking for ways to get out of providing health insurance, i.e. ensuring that employees are part time instead of full time. This is going to make it extremely hard for citizens to first of afford good health coverage, let alone provide for their family properly due to not having full time employment or paying for higher premiums for insurance. The last thing I want to do is pay hire taxes to support those that want a hand out from our government. REPEAL THIS ACT!
