Repeal The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and replace it with other regulations

Created by K.D. on November 12, 2012

Repealing and replacing The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

While there is clearly a need for Insurance reform, this healthcare act does not include anything that would reduce the cost of healthcare and it limits individual rights and costs entirely too much.

Most states have decided not to set up insurance exchanges. Many companies have started laying off people because they cannot afford Obamacare, also causing companies to limit employee hours and is causing companies to close completely, resulting in many job losses and lower wages.

Replaced it with legislation that does not allow insurance companies to deny coverage for pre-existing conditions and policy cancellation in the event of illness. Include law for Interstate competition and tort reform.
