Repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) due to Constitution and Contract Law violations

Created by S.L. on November 12, 2012

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) is deemed unconstitutional and violates the Contract Law.
Constitution Violations: Amendment 10 of the Bill of Rights states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." Health care is not a power given to the Fed Govt. making it a States' power. The inalienable rights would make it constitutional, but the Fed Govt. can only step in if something or someone threatens or endangers another persons', not one's self, rights to Life, Liberty and, the Pursuit of Happiness.

Contract Law Violations: Forcing a party to sign a contract will not be recognized by a Court of Law. PPACA is a direct violation of this.
