We the people demand a complete repeal of the Patriot Act. It is unconstitutional. The 4th amendment:The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.The 5th amendment wont fit text too long. 10th amendment:The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. This is grounds enough for the Patriot act to be repealed and thus proves it as Unconstitutional.
