The Patriot Act violates Constitutional Amendments 1 through 10 and 13.
It was unfortunately passed I'n a atmosphere of fear and representatives admitted that they did not read it prior to voting.
Allowing warrentless searches and spying of American citizens is a definate abuse of power by the government.
Please uphold the oath that the President takes to "defend the Constitution" and repeal the Patriot Act I'n it's entirety.
Requiring a warrant based on probable cause signed by a judge is only right. Anything else is illegal and laziness on the behalf of law enforcement.
