Require adherence to the 4th, 5th, 8th, and 14th amendments. Afford all citizens of the United States of America the full protection of the U.S. constitution in matters of all crimes, alleged or otherwise. Repeal all parts of the Patriot Act and deem them unconstitutional particularly in matters of surveillance, searches, detainment, torture, and due process.
