We the people petition the president to repeal the Patriot Act and all of the associated laws and regulations that followed. Restore the freedoms promised in the U. S. Constitution. Dismantle the Department of Homeland Security and the TSA. End warrantless searches. End pat-downs of citizens boarding air planes. End the presidential authority to authorize the arrest and detention of citizens without charges or access to an attorney. End the government's pursuit of further incursions into the privacy of its citizens such as email and other electronic communications without a warrant, regardless of the age of the email. End the government's ability to monitor citizen's GPS locations and cell phone use. Restore the privacy of the U.S. citizen.
