The American People request that Rights and Liberties be upheld by the American government. The Patriot ACT destroys the 4th Amendment guaranteeing the right against unreasonable searches and seizures. The NDAA destroys the 14th Amendment guaranteeing the right of Due Process of Law. Any other legislation that destroys the Constitution must not be allowed in America and any unconstitutional legislation that has been passed need to be repealed.
