Repeal the Patriot Act and NDAA after combat operations in Afghanistan are concluded and hostilities ended.

Created by G.G. on January 14, 2013

We, the citizens of the United States, being of sound mind and judgment call upon The Congress and the Obama Administration to cease renewal of the Patriot Act and National Defense Authorization Acts no later than Dec 31, 2013.

We understand the purposes of both acts and believe that both laws are no longer necessary to ensure security of US Citizens. The laws unjustifiably infringe on the civil liberties of United States citizens and unduly empower the government with powers which directly conflict with The Constitution of the United States. We request that the Administration review and re-evaluate the intent and purposes of both laws and, in good conscience, call for their repeal or expiration at the time that Afghanistan combat operations cease.
