We petition the Obama Administration to repeal the Patriot Act and protect the U.S. Constitution and the civil rights of all Americans. The Patriot Act and the resulting actions by the NSA with project Eschelon, PRISM and the FISA courts, have resulted in blatant violations of American citizens' 4th Amendment rights in the U.S. Constitution. The aforementioned programs are being carried out without warrant and without cause in America and on American citizens and processed at the NSA Data Center in Camp Williams near Bluffdale, Utah.
These programs are often presented as defending us against terrorists. But in truth, giving up our freedoms is exactly what terrorists would like to see. I believe the Patriot Act provides only the illusion of security while taking our freedoms away.
