Repeal the PATRIOT Act and Sec. 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act.

Created by P.J. on January 01, 2013

We strongly urge President Obama to immediately repeal The "PATRIOT" act, and sec. 1021 of the National Defense Authorization act of 2012. (NDAA) All of these bills violate many of the basic inalienable rights which are guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution.

The PATRIOT act allows federal agents to spy on private electronic communications between American citizens without a search warrant previously approved by a judge upon probable cause, a direct violation of the 4th Amendment's protection of privacy rights.

Sec. 1021 of the NDAA gives the president the sole power to use the military, or any other force he deems necessary, to arrest, detain, and imprison anyone without charges or trial indefinitely. This clearly violates the 5th, 6th, and 7th Amendments.
