Repeal the Patriot Act because it clearly violates the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." — Fourth Amendment to the Constitution
The Patriot Act includes unconstitutional monitoring, search, and seizure of private behaviors, communications, and property through roving wiretaps, reports of your financial activities, monitoring of your reading (library) and internet activity, access to phone records, and many more - all without probable cause or warrant.
