This act was signed into law by former President George W. Bush in 2001. The big brother program clearly negates the Fourth Amendment of the US. Constitution.
We as humans and as American citizens have a right to privacy of our own possessions and what not.
This act gives the government the right to "Spy" upon it's people and classify them as "Terrorists" if need be. Foreign government also has access to the list of "Terrorists"
It has even created a "No fly list" in which countless children have been put on that list just because they share the same name as someone else. You don't have to be a "Terrorist" to even be monitored by the government. All it takes is for someone to suspect you and your spied upon.
