The Fourth Amendment states:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
This amendment has been severely violated by the President and other heads of government as well as the National Security Agency.
-We demand the government, under the people of the United States, immediately repeal the Patriot Act and cease the PRISM program and all other unwarranted data collection and surveillance of the people.
-We further demand that all those involved resign or be impeached for their unconstitutional acts.
