Repeal the Patriot Act on grounds that it is in clear violation of the United States Constitution.

The Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights are the "Law of the Land". The Patriot Act is in clear violation of these documents and has been used by the Obama admin and the Bush admin to secretly take our freedoms. They use the guise of "Defending the Homeland" or "National Security", but didn't Hitler and Mao use the same tactics and phrases? Our freedoms are being taken daily for national security and the American people have had enough. This is not a Left or a Right issue, but is bipartisan. No one of any class or race should be subjected to the illegal Orwellian laws past down by this administration or the last administration.
