Repeal the Patriot Act (NDAA) of 2012.

Created by B.B. on January 15, 2013

The Patriot Act of 2012 says that the police force have, and I quote:
"The right to indefinetly detain U.S. citizens without trial or charge."
This is a blatant violation of American citizens rights to a "trial by jury" and that as American citizens we are "innocent until proven guilty".
Further more, the NDAA gives police and the military the right to hold US citizens without a charge at all. This is not only distressing but incredibly disturbing that this act has actually been passed.
Repeal it now.
