Repeal the Patriot Act, which is being severely abused by every intelligence and enforcement agency in our nation.

The Patriot Act is the most unpatriotic legislation ever passed. This act has taken us a few steps closer to a totalitarian regime, along the lines of Iran. It is widely known and publicized (60 Minutes) that the NSA has data farming operations in every major communications hub of our nation. They listen to ALL of our communications, not just criminals. They do it without a warrant. Also, the DHS, CIA, and FBI are abusing the Patriot Act by using it to bypass Judicial Oversight. They no longer go through the process of getting a warrant. They just write themselves a security letter. There is zero oversight on this process. Patriots act for the good of the people. They don't act to protect a corrupt intelligence network which feeds a corrupt government with no judicial oversight.
