Repeal the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's ruling that "Police do not need search warrants to search vehicles"

Created by T.G. on May 04, 2014

The Pennsylvania Supreme court recently ruled that Police no longer need search warrants to search vehicles. This is a blatant breach of the 4th amendment, protecting American citizens against unlawful search and seizure. The ruling specifically says that Police Officers now only need is probable cause (for example: claiming they smell marijuana) in order to search a vehicle. This ruling is very obviously unconstitutional and gives local law enforcement a better opportunity to breach the human rights that we are all entitled to as Americans.
