Repeal the Policies and Legislations Banning the Advertisement of Tobacco Products on Television and Radio

Created by T.S. on June 01, 2015

Starting in 1969, tobacco companies have been limited in their ability to advertise to the public. I believe that it is unconstitutional to limit the advertisements of these products when we still allow the advertisement of products such as alcoholic beverages. The specific policies and legislation I am referring to are:
-Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act of 1969
-Controlled Substances Act of 1970
-Consumer Product Safety Act of 1972
-Little Cigar Act of 1973
-Comprehensive Smokeless Tobacco Health Education Act of 1986
All these acts have either wrongly classified or limited the advertisement of tobacco or tobacco products.
