Repeal the portions of the 2005 Energy Bill that exempt the oil and gas industries from the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Superfund Law, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Emergency Planning and Community Right To Know Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and any other regulations they may be exempt from.
