Repeal Possession of Firearm After Conviction of Misdemeanor Crime of Domestic Violence, 18 U.S.C. §922(g)(9), after 10 years of no similar incidences. Allow peop;e who plead guilty but have never committed any violation prior or since. As some domestic disturbances never involved weapons and since police are BLIGATED to ticket or arrest one or both parties involved, and cases which arose over minor issues and an unknown party, calling the police without any clear knowledge of the incident, involing the police.
