Repeal the Postal Service pension system bill Fund the UPS Postal system so it isn't funding 75 years in 5 years

The US Postal service has been crippled by a bill requiring their pension system to fund 75 years in 5 years, which was designed to falsely bankrupt them. Repeal the bill and restore the UPS pension system into a more traditional system that worked in the past. The UPS must downsize, but the current pension system was designed to purposely make it fail.
