TO repeal the Power of Attorney Law because Hospitals and Nursing facilities are using it nationwide to loved ones

We the people are asking president Obama to repeal the Power Of Attorney act of 1996 and make it null and void due to the fact the nursing home and hospitals are using this act to wrongfully terminate peoples lives. They are also hiring notary Public's to stamp the documents in question without having families and legal representation present. We ask that President Obama repeal this act because there are people who grow out of disabilities living in their parents houses that if the will and testament says those people get everything then that person left out of the will is left with nothing. Lastly, it tears families apart when they should be spending that time together. It is wrong to terminate a life in the eyes of the church
