Repeal the Pro-IP act. Congress promised not to abuse this legislation if enacted, and has already broken their promise.

Congress had promised not to abuse the Pro-IP act but has already unjustly seized multiple domain names. Including Dajaz1.com for over a year, without any form of due process. Also, just recently the Department of Justice has taken down Megaupload.com while pursuing the companies employees and founder for copyright infringement, conspiracy to commit copyright infringement, and money laundering among other things. Whether or not the charges are true or not taking down a legitimate site because of these charges is uncalled for and has created a chilling effect among other legitimate sites similar to Megaupload.
