Repeal proposed BAH cuts for military proposed under the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal 2016

Created by E.D. on July 24, 2015

Sec. 604 of the NDAA poses a significant financial burden for military couples and it also discredits the sacrifices made by active duty spouses. BAH is part of every military member's compensation and this act penalizes them because they chose to marry another service member. This act also penalizes single members who are barely getting by; by denying them to live with other military member in order to save money. This is unfair to the people who day in and day out willingly put their life on the line for their country.
