Repealing PLCAA would provide consumer protection by allowing citizens to hold gun manufacturers and distributors responsible for the actions of their product. We hold the same standard for every industry that provides products to consumers. The firearm industry should be held to the same standards that other industries such as pharmaceuticals and/or food.
