Question 1 has passed in Nevada requiring background checks for all gun transfers in the private party .
This now means as a young man who has moved away from my parents home, i have to go back and get all my guns out of a secure safe, and bring them into my home which cannot have any safe in it which i would feel comfortable having my guns secured in. Now my weapons are more easily accessible and obtainable to children who visit, criminals, and mentally unstable individuals. This is just one example of many at how terribly written question 1 is!!! Please do your research on question 1 and help repeal this law in Nevada!!
