Recent changes to H.R. 347 have given the Secret Service sweeping control over free speech as it pertains to protesting our Government. They are effectively able to create "No Free Speech" zones, and can deem protesting in the presence of the President or candidates for the Presidency a FELONY offense. This is an obvious affront to the First Amendment rights of every United States Citizen and cannot be tolerated.
Rescind changes to HR 347 that allow the Secret Service to determine when and where we may be heard.
