repeal the recent ruling by the United States Supreme Court on gay marriage, as it is unconstitutional.

Created by J.M. on June 26, 2015

We are asking that the recent ruling by the United States Supreme Court, regarding gay marriage, be repealed. The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution states that anything not included in the U.S. constitution, is to be decided upon by the state/people. Due to the fact there is nothing in the Constitution defining marriage, the decision to have it made legal, or not, should have been in the hands of the state/citizens, and not the U.S. Supreme Court.
