Repeal/ Reform the Second Amendment

Noting that the gun violence of America has gotten out of hand, and that it is after all, much harder to kill a person with a knife than an assault weapon, proven in cases such as the man in China who on the same day as the Sandy Hook Massacre assaulted 22 children in a school with a knife and NOT a firearm, and all of them LIVED, while may in Sandy Hook did not.
Noting however that in some states, it is much more helpful to posses a firearm than in a place with large police forces, such as the rural counties of places in states like Montana and Kansas, we urge the president to support the repeal of the second amendment, but allow for the possibilities of some states to retain the right to bear a firearm.
