Repeal the regulations on suppressors, sbr's, sbr's, and aow's.

Created by C.B. on April 22, 2013

These regulations are an outdated and ineffective response to 1920's poachers and mafias. The barrel length of a firearm does not significantly effect the lethality of firearms and are based on trivial and arbitrary. These regulations did not stop crime. Repealing NFA regulations on said weapons would not only save time and money for the BATF, but would create more jobs in firearms industry to meet the new demands of previously restricted weapons. If weapons that fall under these categories are still deemed undesirable by the American people, it should be regulated by individual states to help the already overburdened federal government and it's agencies.
