Please repeal the requirement of having to pay back the $7,500 first time home buyer credit from 2008. In the following years (2009, 2010 and 2011) the credit was increased to $8,000 and doesn't have to be paid back. Many people who purchased their house in 2008 are "underwater" with their mortgages and unfairly have pay this credit back.
